Today I got up at 5:30am to a much better night of sleep. I decided to keep on track with my fitness goals so I started with a walk with my wife. we walked 4.50 miles in 1 hr and 29 min. I started my day off with a chocolate shake from Shakeology I added a banana, 5 strawberry’s 5 cups of Ice and 1.25 cups of water total of 32 oz and 252 cal. 7:30am Todays weight is 230.2lbs so far so good. Off to the office now after dropping off a book and note to my daughter at school. time to work on Bridal Show Walked again for lunch to subway 1 mile each way however today i had a foot long subway club with cheese and mayo (not a good choice) walked back to work. on one of my business trips today I stoped at Taco bell and had a burrito supreme with extra cheese and red sauce. then later when to father inlaws and has a small bag of beef jerky and a few licorice and an airhead on the way home. for dinner i had chicken breast with wheat pasta and walked another 1.5 miles before dinner. not my best day will try again in the AM.
